Its water-based, PFAS/PTFE-free Ceratal® ceramic coating offers excellent non-stick performance, ideal for crispy frying of meat, vegetables, and delicate foods. The energy-efficient Fissler Cookstar® base ensures even heat distribution on all stovetops, including induction. Easy to clean and sustainably made from up to 60% recycled aluminum, this wok combines health-conscious cooking with practical design.
