Placing an order
Placing an order is simple and secure. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email within moments.
Order confirmation
Your confirmation email includes your order number and details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Order status & tracking
You can track your order anytime from your account using your order number. If tracking isn’t updating or seems delayed, our Customer Support team is happy to help.
Changing or cancelling an order
We start processing orders quickly. While we’ll do our best to help with changes or cancellations, this may not be possible once your order has been confirmed or shipped.
Order delays
If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us. We’ll check in with our delivery partners and update you promptly.
Missing or incorrect items
If something isn’t right with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right.
Guest orders
Orders placed as a guest won’t appear in your account. Please keep your confirmation email for tracking and support.
Cash on Delivery verification
Some Cash on Delivery orders may require a brief verification before delivery. If verification isn’t completed, the order may be automatically cancelled.
