Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of Delivery.

Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and receipt.
- Returns are not accepted for books, perfumes, cosmetics, and select personal care items.
- Opened, installed, or used items cannot be returned.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be returned within 14 days.
- Items that fail quality checks after use will be sent back to the customer.
- Large appliances (MDA, such as refrigerators, washing machines, and cookers) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return collection charges may apply. Contact us for more details on the charges.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of Delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll handle it from there.
Return processing
Once your return reaches us, inspection and processing take 2–5 working days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as gift vouchers after inspection.
- Credit card refunds apply only if:
- The item is out of stock
- The item is damaged or defective
- The item does not match the description
- Credit card refunds are processed within 3–10 working days. Bank processing may take 7–14 days.
- Cash on Delivery and cancelled orders are refunded as gift vouchers.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges currently. Please follow the return process above.
