ECHOLAC WARRANTY GUIDELINES

  • Warranty free from defects in material, manufacturing & workmanship for the promised years from date of purchase. ( For our warranty period, please refer to our warranty card attached on the case).
  • No charge will be incurred for repairing manufacturing defects during the period of warranty card. (Accessories and parts under warranty are limited to trolley handle, lock and wheels). The freight cost caused by the service is not included in the warranty.
  • Charges will be incurred for the following, included but not limited to cost of material accessories, service, freight and transportation to and from service station
  • Damage caused by airline or other carrier, please claim with relevant carrier. Then contact service center for repair.
  • This warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, accidents, exposure to extreme temperature, solvents, acids, water normal wear & tear.
  • Product parts lost and the repair of damage caused by abnormal use is not included in the warranty.
  • Our company will be responsible for giving maintenance for charge out of the warranty period. Product can still be repaired at charge after warranty.
