Jashanmal National Co. LLC ("Jashanmal") is pleased to announce the “Win Big – Up to AED 150,000!” promotion. By participating in this campaign, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions

Campaign Period: 9th August 2025 to 14th September 2025 Entries received after the promotion period will not be considered.

  1. Eligibility Criteria
  • This promotion is open to all customers aged 18 years and above.
  • Employees of Jashanmal, its affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  1. How to Participate
  • Customers who spend AED 1,000 or more in a single transaction at any of the following during the campaign period will be automatically entered into the prize draw:
  • Jashanmal Department Stores (U.A.E. locations only, excluding Outlet Malls)
  • Around the World stores (U.A.E. locations only, excluding Outlet Malls)
  • Online purchases via www.jashanmal.com (U.A.E. only)
  • Only one entry per transaction is allowed. Multiple transactions can generate multiple entries if each meets the minimum spend requirement.
  • However, each participant will be eligible to win only one prize during the Campaign, regardless of the number of qualifying entries.
  1. Prizes
  • 1st Prize: AED 75,000
  • 2nd Prize: AED 50,000
  • 3rd Prize: AED 25,000

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives. 

  1. Selection of Winners
  • Winners will be selected using an automated random selection system to ensure fairness.
  • The draw will take place within 14 working days following the end of the campaign.
  • Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase (email or phone).
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Jashanmal reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Winners must present valid identification and proof of purchase to claim their prize.
  • For online purchases, the order confirmation along with matching identification will be required.
  • Jashanmal reserves the right to verify the authenticity of transactions and customer eligibility.
  1. Publicity
  • By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes (without additional compensation), unless prohibited by law.
  1. Data Protection & Privacy
  • By participating, entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by Jashanmal for the purposes of administering the promotion.
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Jashanmal’s privacy policy, available on jashanmal.com.
  1. Tax Liability
  • Any taxes, duties, or levies payable as a result of winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 Limitation of Liability

  • Jashanmal, its affiliates, subsidiaries and employees shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prizes awarded.
  • Jashanmal is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.
  1. General Terms
  • Jashanmal reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Decisions made by Jashanmal regarding this promotion are final and binding.
  • No correspondence will be entertained regarding the outcome of the draw.
  • Participation in the promotion constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Jashanmal is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or incorrect data submitted by participants.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Jashanmal shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this promotion if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, or government actions, etc.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights in the promotion materials, including branding, logos, and content, remain the property of Jashanmal. Participants agree not to use any such materials without prior written permission.
  1. Disqualification
  • Jashanmal reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the promotion process, submitting fraudulent entries, or violating any of the terms and conditions.
  1. Governing Law
  • This promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
