To be eligible for a return on items purchased online via www.jashanmal.com, the following conditions must be met:
- Any item purchased up to 14 days from the day of delivery.
- Customer must raise a ticket online: https://www.jashanmal.com/pages/contact-us
- Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with its original packaging, and accompanied by an original receipt.
- Once return request has been initiated, customer must handover the item to the carrier on the agreed date.
- Return is not applicable for the following: books, perfumes, cosmetics, and certain personal care products.
- For Clarks, the following options are available:
- Request a refund on the Jashanmal website and receive a GV which can be used on the website only
- Keep the item
- For small and large appliances, an item returned must be in the state that they were received unless damaged. The cost of returning an open condition item is 30% of the item amount (restocking fee) if returning for the following reasons:
- Item is not as expected
- Customer found a better price
- Customer changed mind
- Package has already been opened
- Item has already been used
Return and Refund Processing:
- Once returned item has been received and inspected, refund in the form of gift voucher will be processed.
- Credit card refund is only applicable for the following:
- Item purchased is out of stock
- Item received is defective or damaged
- Item does not match the listing description
- Credit card refund (if applicable) will be processed and credited to your account within 10-15 business days or depending on your bank.
- Items purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD) will receive a refund in the form of gift voucher.
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process as above.
