The rice cooker comes equipped with pre-programmed cooking options to cover a range of choices: white rice, quick cook, brown rice, sushi rice, sweet rice, mixed rice, and porridge.
NS-WAQ10/18 has an interchangeable melody and beep signal to indicate the user when the cooking cycle has ended.
