They are made of high-alloy German steel X50CrMoV15, hardened to 57 units on the Rockwell scale.

This steel has increased strength and is suitable for frequent use.

The blades have double-sided symmetrical laser sharpening along the entire length of the cutting edge, which ensures easy cutting and butchering.

Each model is equipped with a stainless steel bolster that evenly distributes the load during operation.

The uniquely shaped ABS plastic handle is made without a single rivet. This ensures excellent balance of the knife and safe operation.

The perfect fit of the elements of each instance guarantees excellent appearance and hygiene.

To prolong the life of the knife, it should be washed by hand.
