Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this madeleine baking tray is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. It’s just the thing to master making delicate, fluffy madeleine cakes. Thanks to its specially shaped holes and exceptional heat transfer properties, it creates defined, golden brown cakes in snack-sized shell shapes. Each madeleine mould measures 5 x 3 cm (2 x 1 Inch).
