SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE SALE (the “EVENT”)

These Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT shall apply to the offer and sale by Jashanmal to you in connection with the EVENT and by making a purchase of any item/ product listed under the EVENT, you warrant that you have read and agree to abide by these Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT, along with our Website Terms of Use and Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale on our Website.

PLEASE BE INFORMED, these Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT are supplemental to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale on our Website and in case of any discrepancy between the Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT and Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale on our Website, these Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy related to the EVENT, as follows:

  • Shipping time frames and terms:
    • Due to an overwhelming number of orders, there may be a delay in the shipment of your order beyond 48 hours. Kindly bear with us, we will endeavour to arrange timely delivery of your order to the best of our ability. No claim can be made for any possible delays in the deliveries of your orders.
  • Return processing disclaimer:
    • All items/ products under the EVENT are being sold on an AS IS BASIS. Customers are informed that the items’/ products’ packaging/ boxes may be soiled, torn, broken or damaged but the actual items/ products shall be free from any defect.
    • There is strictly a “NO EXCHANGE POLICY” and “NO REFUND POLICY” that shall be followed on the sale of any item/ product listed and sold under the EVENT. The customers cannot seek any exchange or refund of any item/ product purchased under the EVENT.
    • Exception: Only for items/ products under “MAX&CO.” brand, exchange will be permitted in any of our “MAX&CO.” stores, within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. However, even in this case - Online exchange shall not be permitted.
    • Clarks: Products purchased from the Clarks Price Point Deal (AED 149 & AED 249) cannot be returned/exchanged or refunded. Discounted Clarks products 80% and above cannot be returned/exchanged or refunded. Any customer that purchased from jashanmal.com cannot exchange the item for size/color but they have 3 options:
      1. Return the items to the store and get a store gift voucher which can be used only in store
      2. Request a refund on the Jashanmal website and receive a gift voucher which can be used on the website only
      3. Keep the items
  • Refunds are not allowed in any case whatsoever.
    • Warranties:
      • All home appliances (both small and large appliances) will carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against any manufacturing defect.
    • Item/ Product descriptions:
      • We have taken utmost care and endeavoured to ensure error free uploading of items/ products and their descriptions. However, we do not warrant that the content of the Website including, without limitation, items’/ products’ descriptions, pricing, photographs etc. under the EVENT, are accurate or complete.

    We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer on our Website and/ or EVENT, and to correct any omission, error, or inaccuracy, before or after an online order has been submitted, whether or not the online order has been confirmed or your payment has been processed, as permitted by law.

    Books & Magazines

    Terms and Conditions:

    • The return of Books and Magazines is not allowed once delivered to the customer unless the title delivered is incorrect or damaged.
    • Purchase of magazine is a one-time copy purchase and is not a period subscription.
    • The magazines and books are sold as per the censor guidelines set by National Media Council UAE and the seller reserves right to hide or remove any inappropriate content from the magazines.
    • The seller reserves right to reject the purchase which may be due to any unforeseeable circumstances.

    Esaad/Fazaa

    Terms & Conditions:

    • 20% off on selected full price products in Fashion category
    • 15% off on selected full price products in Home & Travel category
    • 10% off on selected full price products in Appliances category
    • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts

    Bosch Extended Warranty

    Terms & Conditions:

    • One Year Manufacture warranty on complete unit, additional 2 Year warranty commencing after the end of the default 1-year warranty. Effective Date from 01/May/2025 To 30/May/2025
    •  This warranty is null & void in case defects are caused by accident, improper use, contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions specified in the user’s Manual, or due to repairs.             
    • Warranty does not imply maintenance. Any malfunction due to improper or non-maintenance is chargeable and does not fall under scope of Warranty. Warranty will be null and void if unit not maintained as mentioned in user manual.

    2 YEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS:                         

    • Warranty extension offer is applicable for the particular unit   
    • The Customer needs to provide an original Purchase Invoice for claiming the additional warranty at each time-of-service request.
    • Warranty extension offer is void if product is opened /repaired by unauthorized service person and the unit shall be declared as tampered and no further warranty shall be applicable on such unit.
    • Warranty extension is non-transferable.                                                              
    • Extended Warranty covers all defects and malfunctions as covered in a standard manufacturer’s warranty. It does not cover any physical or liquid damage, accessories, and consumables or any maintenance service.
